We would like to thank you for all of your help and guidance during our move to Lakewood. We appreciate the fact that you cleared your calendar to be available for us on our house hunting trip in August. The information you sent us before we left Santa Fe gave us a good idea of the Real Estate available and the values in the area. After we located the house, your help in negotiating and reading the contract was invaluable. Because the house was not complete, we were concerned about the builder finishing the house exactly as we had contracted and on the date promised. This was something we could not watch over as we had to return to Santa Fe in October.
Thank you for taking the time to make sure the builder completed the house the way we contracted. Your knowledge of construction was a real bonus. You caught several things that we would have never noticed. The results have definitely given us peace of mind. Thank you for being there for the closing as our representative. Your knowledge made us feel more comfortable about the propriety of the papers we were signing. Your gift basket was a real kindness. You made us feel so welcome in a new city. You truly made our move to Lakewood a great experience. We would highly recommend you to anyone who is relocating to or from the Denver Metro area or buying a new home and selling their old one.
